These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6rwine ("we", "us", "the Platform", "6rwine") governing your access to and use of the 6rwine website, mobile web application, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, arcade games, and any promotional or bonus programs offered by 6rwine.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of 6rwine, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. • You are accessing 6rwine as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 6rwine. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 6rwine is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 6rwine immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• 6rwine will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

6rwine operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request supporting documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank/mobile wallet statement — at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 6rwine are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 6rwine does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 6rwine reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if it cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Bonus eligibility is assessed at the time of deposit. Once a deposit is confirmed, bonus conditions cannot be retroactively altered by the player.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 6rwine explicitly authorises an alternative at its sole discretion.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 6rwine reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 6rwine reserves the right to split large withdrawals into instalments at its discretion.

6rwine may offer various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 6rwine determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude players from specific promotions at any time.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) amount that must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated within each promotion's specific terms.

• If 6rwine determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, abuse of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend the account.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire automatically.
• Players may not use multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any game or promotional feature.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated activity designed to guarantee an outcome or manipulate betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents during the KYC process.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on 6rwine.
• Using any form of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations imposed by 6rwine.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation errors in any game. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error will be voided.

6rwine is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gambling is no longer within your control, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team. Gambling should always be an entertainment activity. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwine, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 6rwine's reasonable control.
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

6rwine makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6rwine reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature, game, or service at any time without notice.

All game and bet results are recorded by 6rwine's servers. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our servers, the server record shall be definitive and final. If you believe a result has been recorded in error, you must submit a dispute within 7 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 6rwine shall first be submitted to 6rwine's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of your complaint.

6rwine will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and endeavour to provide a final response within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may seek resolution through any applicable dispute mechanism available in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law. These Terms are intended to operate in conjunction with, and not in place of, any rights granted to you by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6rwine with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

6rwine's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 6rwine.

You may not assign or transfer your account, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of 6rwine. 6rwine may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
